IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-We will dispatch your order within max 48 hours after it has been placed, subject to payment and stock availability. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
-Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
-Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Some countries charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods. All orders are shipped DDU [Delivery Duty Unpaid]. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Love Creations Ltd. If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.

RETURNS
Love and care goes into every Love Creations garment, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include: Hair Accessories and Bespoke Items.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, please get in touch with us for more info at info@thelovecreations.com. Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Love Creations is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
